Worry-Free Cancelation Policy

We understand that there is still uncertainty in the current environment. As a result, we are enhancing our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to jeff@drsyltrepanier.care

Cancelations received 11+ days prior to the conference start date will receive a choice of a full refund or a credit memo. Cancelations received 0 to 10 days prior to the conference start date will receive no refund.

TNEI Conference Terms of Service and Release of Liability

By registering for The Nurse Executive Institute (“TNEI”)Conference, (the "Event"), and for and in consideration of TNEI allowing me to register, attend, and participate in the Event, I, for myself and on behalf of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to release; waive; covenant not to sue; and assume all risk of transportation, attendance, or participation in any or all activities of the Event. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TNEI, its employees, officers, directors, administrators, agents, instructors, speakers, members, other participants, sponsoring agencies, hosting hotel/convention center/venue—all of which are hereafter referred to as “Released Parties”—from any and all liability for any and all claims; judgments; costs, including attorney's fees; demands; losses; or damages on account of injury, death, or damage to property incurred in connection with any action brought in any way connected with the Event, except when caused by the negligence of Released Parties. This agreement is specifically intended to operate as a waiver of liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this Release.

I agree to this Release electronically pursuant to the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, including but not limited to, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and other similar laws, rules and regulations.

I consent to receive communications from TNEI by e-mail. I agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided by TNEI satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

I also agree not to allow any other individuals to attend the conference in my place. I consent to TNEI using any photos, and other images taken of me, and any results of conference-related activities that occurred during the conference for media outreach efforts, promotional campaigns, various publications/communications, or other business purposes as determined by TNEI. In the event that TNEI should find it necessary to cancel or postpone this conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, or other circumstances beyond TNEI's control, then TNEI's liability shall be limited to a refund of registration fees paid to TNEI.

By completing this conference registration, I consent to participate in the Event. I understand that the World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic, and acknowledges that the TNEI is working closely with local and federal guidelines and recommendations to plan and hold the Event in order to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission amongst participants. By submitting an attendee registration, I acknowledge and agree that I am fully responsible for my own safety and actions while participating in the Event, and recognize that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19 through no fault of TNEI.

With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, damages and lawsuits whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained, related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

By registering for the Event, I understand that I have read and agree to abide by the TNEI Conference Terms of Service and Release of Liability. I additionally agree to abide by TNEI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please print a copy of this agreement for your records. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS PLEASE DISCONTINUE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THIS CONFERENCE.
